I am at wits end to say the least and need help. I have never met a company that pursued things on a personal level not corporate advantage level. They have the truck and would rather prosecute for something that wasn't theft and push his point tand making an example instead of clearing their bottom line. They had multiple lines of contact and failed to tell the police the change of phone numbers that they had listed so in effect they manipulated the police into pressing charges that I was not guilty of!!!
I am horrified and completely bewildered!!! I have no money for a legal battle which will cost at least 6500 to begin and remove the warrant.
Any suggestions
If you paid with a credit card YOU have the statements to prove you did. Fuck them, go to enterprise.com and put in your comments, they will have someone contact you on this asap.

Yeah. Get a REAL credit card and not a debit card with a visa/master card logo..."well, it's the same as a credit card"...NO, it's NOT. Second, return the car when you say you will. You're stinking white trash and are trying to blame the company for something that's your doing. get over it, pay what you owe and be glad you aren't in jail. It's a car we're talking about, welfare mom...not a loaf of bread.

Go clean a car etoon! Then deliver donuts to all the accounts and shops that laugh at you. Seriously, what do your parents tell their friends that you do? Do they really swell with pride and beam that they dropped a $100G's in college tuition for to wash cars and taxi people around all day? Must make them proud when you run home and tell them your 2nd on the matrix. Soon you'll be "living the dream" and making those "six figures"! Boy oh boy, can't wait. You work retail, you work at the Gap without the sweaters! But wait, you wear a suit. Must make you important. And a white shirt with yellow pit stains. Wow, you are important, because only people in shabby suits and white shirts with yellow pit stains and a tie that was sucked into a vaccuum look professional. I guess I don't look too professional today in my slacks and navy blue shirt, no tie. Or yesterday in my chinos and sweater. Nope, only etoons look professional.

Wow, did your HS debate team win state?

That was an airtight argument.

Not and argument, a statement of fact. He has no Idea who or what I am yet chooses to lump me in with others such as himself (most former ERAC'ers have a great deal of animosity towards the company due to a lack of performance on their part). He keeps focusing on clothing...and why? Is he a professional or just "all growed up trailer trash"? You can't sin arguments by insulting your opponent...so the "idiot" remark is fact, not an insult. After all I didn't call him the bastard son of a low born gutter slut now did I?

No, I know what you are. Let's see, my guess is that you are either an MA or newly promoted Asst. Manager. You probably went to some state school and majored in something like marketing or business, but you were not the brightest bulb and didn't get the best grades. So when you graduated and needed to get a big person job no one would hire you. One of your frat boys, maybe even a roomate started working at ERAC and told you how great it was, just like college, lots of young people and you drink all the time and in a few years you will guaranteed be making 6 figs. WOW, you thought, I'll take it, because it's either that or bagging groceries. Now here you are, overweight, only friends are from ERAC, probably got no girlfriend, just got promoted to Asst Manager and are probably still holding out that you will get to those 6 figs, but in the back of your mind you have to be wondering about that. Your buddy who got you into ERAC most likely already quit and got a real job. The reason I keep mentioning clothing is because that is ERAC's biggest thing, dress professional. Look in the mirror, you do not look professional. You look like a clown in a shabby suit with pizza stains. You work retail, in a store, you have hours posted on the window and a credit card sticker. You are no different than the 16 year old kid working at Target, except when he gets out of school he will get a real job.
