Let’s get back on topic here. Whatever happened to the two individuals who were accused of theft? I’m really sorry to hear about those cases. It’s nowhere near as bad as mine (see “Bilked in Connecticut.”) Damn, putting your own customer under arrest. That’s messed up. To the original poster, I hope you found a good attorney and sue the hell out of these people. Good luck.

Is it a matter of corporate culture? Do they think pounding a client in the ass every week will help them stay ahead of the other car rental companies?
