One good thing about the site, it gives real insight into life at enterprise. Anyone seriously considering a job with ERAC would benefit greatly from reading some of these posts. What ERAC presents to a candidate is far removed from the realities of working for ERAC. And what ERAC boasts about customer service expectations and what they will deliver also leaves A LOT to be desired.

This discussion is so stupid without the Admin's thoughts. All I originally wanted was the answer to why go through all this hassle on this site. It's been a couple weeks, and for a guy who checks this site daily, I haven't had an answer.

I've had had idiots answer by calling me an e-monkey, e-chimp, e-primate, e-whatever. Then telling me to go clean out a car or get them whatever type of car. Which is pretty much the dumbest thing I ever heard, because I plainly write that I no longer work at ERAC. So I guess that would make you fine geniuses... e-tards. So just shut the hell up and get to your short bus on time for work at the Best Buy or wherever you the hell you work.

Once again, I'll ask the Admin, why go through all the trouble of setting up and managing this site? Why spend the money on direct mailing advertising and lawyer fees? And since you have stop using ERAC, how has the service been at the other rental car agencies? I know you write that it has been much better, but that was most likely written years ago. Is ERAC competitor's service perfect every time?

I just want to know those few things from the Admin. That's it. They're not hard questions.

Oh yeah, and to the other non-Admin responders, don't bother responding to this post. I've took the liberty of writing all your responses for you.

I maintain the site as a public service. After 9/11, I became more public-spirited and saw an opportunity to help out the nation. What Enterprise is doing is illegal and wrong and I'm pointing it out in hopes they'll change their bad behavior.

It's not perfect every time but that's not the required standard. I've rented 50 or 60 times now from the other major national chain that I go to. It's been perfect just about every time, which is more than enough to make me happy.
