ya know 'guys' those of who are in 'business' and 'insurance' and 'rental car business' on here JUST DONT GET IT. say what you want and frankly i dont care if you want to be mean, nasty, rotten to the core of wahtever towards me and my postings.

the truth and dacts are that ERAC is responsible for their drivers and own liability on 'their' cars period. say what you will about my spelling and yes perhaps my brain has been somewhat compromised from the crash, so i dont spell all that well, even with an M.S.

HOW ABOUT THAT?!

Good grief, i hope and PRAY that none of you EVER go through 1/10 of the pain and WALLOWING that i go through as i get my boney ass up out of bed every day and swallow a handful of pills so that i can get up and move around and live some kind of a life. thats right, you all could tell me to 'get a life' well, i had a life once upon a time.

and now you all do not have to worry about me posting on this here website anymore as i am done with all your people's negativity and moving on to bigger and better thangs.......

heres to you ERAC--- may you have many more wrecks

Dear Hurtin' Bad,

On the off chance that you're going to read this:

I honestly don't get you. Really. I mean, you come on the board and seem to accuse all of us for being pro-ERAC just because we don't agree with your views on vicarious liability. I don't like ERAC and so do many of the people on the board but we also don't like vicarious liability because it doesn't make sense.

The problem is that rather than helping me understand, you keep repeating the same argument over and over about "what the facts are, that ERAC is responsible." We all know those facts and are not arguing those facts. We just all think the facts are stupid and need to be improved.

What I wanted to hear from you is an argument in favor of vicarious liability not a rehashing of what it is. What value does it bring to anyone? Even you aren't happy with the result, right?

By the way, your self-deprecating style is very funny. Loved the "wallowing" image. Goes well with your moonshine image from another thread. And for all you Simpson fans out there, here's a quote from a few years ago: "Go get mama's pryin' bar." If you remember that episode, you know what I'm thinking.

Once again, my wish for you is to keep smiling and keep "shining."

You guys are making me very nervous about starting a career with Enterprise. I graduated with my Bachelors degrees from Gonzaga U and I have yet to find a career job. Enterprise looks like a viable resource for a job but from the posts on this site I'm slightly afraid to pursue this position. Can anyone give me the spec's on this company? I currently make over 20000 working part-time (24) hours a week for a sales company as a telesales rep. My degree is in Communications but most people want to hire me for sales jobs. Any comments are greatly welcome.

It's very simple: STAY OUT OF THIS COMPANY unless you are homeless and need a job that bad .. you sound like you have nice p/t job for the time being .. if you were to go work for Enterprise ... your life will be no longer your own ... Enterprise has apparently never heard that Pres. Lincoln HAS ABOLISHED SLAVERY FOREVERMORE .. they are still practicing it and GETTING AWAY WITH IT .... DON'T DO IT ... DON'T DO IT ... DON'T DO IT !!!! Stay working at your p/t job and keep looking for something GOOD full time .... that is my advice .. and .. it COMES FROM THE HEART .. so ..take it to heart ......... all the best .. "contracheck" :)

Does anybody know how many universities ban ERAC from recruiting on their campuses? Is there a list of those?
