Dear Hurtin' Bad,
On the off chance that you're going to read this:
I honestly don't get you. Really. I mean, you come on the board and seem to accuse all of us for being pro-ERAC just because we don't agree with your views on vicarious liability. I don't like ERAC and so do many of the people on the board but we also don't like vicarious liability because it doesn't make sense.
The problem is that rather than helping me understand, you keep repeating the same argument over and over about "what the facts are, that ERAC is responsible." We all know those facts and are not arguing those facts. We just all think the facts are stupid and need to be improved.
What I wanted to hear from you is an argument in favor of vicarious liability not a rehashing of what it is. What value does it bring to anyone? Even you aren't happy with the result, right?
By the way, your self-deprecating style is very funny. Loved the "wallowing" image. Goes well with your moonshine image from another thread. And for all you Simpson fans out there, here's a quote from a few years ago: "Go get mama's pryin' bar." If you remember that episode, you know what I'm thinking.
Once again, my wish for you is to keep smiling and keep "shining."
