This fantastic MT left the car running to go inside the hotel to get his "customer." Wouldn't you know, the "customer" stole the car!!!

Once again, our fair company was targeted for criminal activity. Its good to know that you can't trust anyone. I am also willing to bet that that renter was going to try to use his Debit card, too. What a Chachbiscuit. Glad to see that our dEtRACtors zeroed right in on our liability before the fact that whomever did this was likely a dangerous sociopath. This is an absolute tragedy, and I can ony hope the man responsible for the death of that other driver recieves swift and harsh punishment. He wholly deserves a hot-beef injection from a man named Needles. Worst of all, as highlighted above, I can only imagine the family of the deceased is already being inundated with calls from personal injury lawyers. "Big Money, Big Money, NO WHAMMIES, STOP!".

The good thing is that the killer is getting charged with second degree murder.

Hopefully Jack and Andy can take some time away from boozing it up and send this family some flowers.

i seriously doubt ole' andy and jackie will be sending anyone flowers to the poor victims familes. i didnt get any from him either.

and i am sure their atty's are on the case ready to offer up the 'minimium offer' and unless they have an smart lawyer (victims family) they should hold out for plenty if they have any 'cents' about them. but the erac attys will try to get this off the hook by saying this was not THEIR FAULT SINCE THEY WERE NOT DRIVING THE CAR!! REMEMBER VICARIOUS LAWSUITS? THIS IS ONE REASON WHY ERAC CAN NOT BE ALLOWED TO GET OFF THE HOOK EVEN THOUGH THEY RENTED THE CAR TO THE CUSTOMER AND SOMEONE ELSE WAS DRIVING. EVERYONE GET IT YET? Yes, I strongly disagree with this latest posting of hers also. I just haven't formulated a reply.

I disagree with some of her philosophies about who should be responsible for paying damages in car crashes (see my post here), but I just didn't like the way some people were pounding on her. It seemed you might have been mocking her for bad spelling or bad typing. She seemed to be suffering badly, so I was willing to give her some slack.

You're a valued contributor here; you seem to think clearly and write well, so please keep it up. We need more people like you here on the board.
