Wow you need to get off your high horse. What other company requires their employees to have a college degree? And what is wrong with the philosophy of hiring from within? There is no reason to look down on us because when we are making 150,000 5 years into the company we can look at the "rental car monkey" and relate to them and know what they are going through. So I am proud to be an enterprise employee and I am so sorry that you are so miserable at your job that you have to bash people you do not even know.
