| Excellent. Especially like how it adressed the "undocumented damage", showing there is an incentive for the saleperson to miss things on inspection. The back and forth banter in various threads seems to ignore this point. These two articles should be posted on the home page. Even better, they be added to contracts like the Truth in Lending is on financial contracts. |
