Enterprise Horror Story, any one else seen this?

Yes you've got the right to refuse service, yes customers can be a pain, but it's a customer service industry. You think you're protecting a $8,000 fleet-priced car (which they're going to resell for $6-8000) but the big picture is customers like me who's company quits renting 6-8 vehicles for weeks on end at Enterprise because our employees get jerked around at regional offices when they are traveling. If you don't like dealing with customers get out of the service industry.

I Actually forgot about that. Hell no one could find our swipe machine so I don't think we ever actually used it. So I stand corrected.

Because work isn't about what you want to do. A job is about how you can help the company make money. For car preps, that means wash vehicles, take out trash, and basically do whatever anyone tells you to and shut up.

Working on the computer is the job of the MTs, and that's not all they do. They're selling products and servicing customers. What did you think being a car prep would entail when you took the job? If you thought it meant working on a computer behind a desk then you're an idiot. This is what happens when you don't get an education. You do manual labor, and basically whatever anyone else tells you to do.
