Completely Dissatisfied

Hello all,

Hope everyone is having a prosperous new year thus far. I have an idea, more like an experiment. I want every customer that visits this site to tell the outside company that calls them to say completely dissatisfied on the phone call. When they ask the reason, tell them this site. I would like to see if this site has the power it boasts. So, the next time you rent and you recieve a call, say "I am completely dissatisfied". When they ask your reason, say it is this site that has opened your eyes.

This sounds like more of a revenge request than getting ERAC to change. How is convincing people to say they are not happy even if they may have been going to change ERAC? What you should say is "Anyone who is not satisfied should make sure they have the branch manager call them, and put a comment on the printer message so they can give critiscism". The message prints at corporate and admin and te branch for every message that goes out. You might as well have said to everyone "Take a shit in the back seat of the ERAC rentals." It would get the same thing done!
