You want to get back at someone, get back at the person that fired me. He went to a corporate "happy hour". I videotaped him all hammered up outside the bar trying to get into his car. I sent the videotape to the local media and to corporate. My ARM was reprimanded but not fired and the tape not played on tv. That's why I know nothing will happen with this. I'm sorry to tell you.

I dont give a crap about someone drinking problems like you do, i am going to try to hurt erac by taking away theri business and tell GM about their fraud and get them in trouble that way. the difference between me an d you is that i dont care about erac or the employees but i do care about their fraudulent behavior

Actually, the difference between you and I is that I know when a battle is lost and not worth fighting over. I hate ERAC, but know you are gonna lose this battle. It's gonna be like ice skating up hill.

ERAC in Tampa is the worst. We ripped off insurance companies and car dealerships. The GM contract was the greatest. We would have the customer return to the branch. We would bill the GM dealership for an SUV but put the customer in a Cav. Most of the time it was a non GM vehicle too. Contract stated it had to be a GM product. Sure you would have a double rent but most of the rentals would be only a day. We were able to get double incomeon an SUV. The insurance scams this group pulled were classic. The customer would get aprroved for a large car or possibly a minivan. We would say there were none available. We would put them in a small car then do a unit switch back to the beginning of the rental for the SUV or larger car. Again we would make more $$$ at our customers expense. The rental bill sent to the insurance company showed they were in a SUV from the beginning. The GM contact showed vin numbers. One manager in group 42 had a piece of paper on every Ralph terminal that had the unit number we were to use for Toyota and GM. This was to show on the rental agreement a GM or Toyota vin number. This was done while getting the Ford Focus washed up for the customer. The unit switch was done after the customer left. If somebody did not do this then the manager would photo copy the bill to send to the dealership. The photocopy would have another unit copied over the original so it would hide the actual vehicle that was used.

ERAC people are a joke. I have never seen such an unethical outfit in my life. The only enjoyment I had was with the car preps. They would put wheel cleaner in the engine instead of oil when they would check fluids. WE had a Mits. Montero that was rented once. The car preps took it go pick up another car. They were pounding the crap out of the SUV. They had it in 4 wheel low in 1st gear while doing 50 mph. They slammed it into reverse and managed to destroy the front and rear differentials along with the tranny. It was towed to the dealership who realised it was abused. Since keeping contracts open for calendar day billings this unit was still on contact. ERAC billed the customer for the damages. The vehicle was a total loss with parts and labor involved.
If you really want nightmares, just think ERAC sells the cars to the unaware public

OK, you are by far the most retarded person that has posted on this site. You may have legitimate concerns about your ERAC experience, but unfortunately, these grievances are clouded by your grade two spelling ability, poor diction, and inability to put together a coherent argument. If I saw a simple-minded country dweller like yourself walk into my branch, I would make you buy full CDW and put you into a Toyota Echo without AC or a CD player for $95.99/day. People like you are going to get taken advantage of in any social or business-related situation, so get used to it. At least ERAC only bilked you out of your time and money, it could have been alot worse.

1. Most likely ONE employee is usually alone in the office, with 30 reservations, no cars, 15 incoming calls, 25 msgs to call back Insurance customers that need a car ASAP, 10 angry people in front of them -only 1 with an actual reservation. (this is what I like to call understaffing) best of luck- hang up and call Hertz -if its a holiday and you're calling the day of - you're not getting a car anywhere and you should be donkey punched for being a f-ing retard.

2. Employees mixup everything because other companies have more than one person to input info, check people in & out, do callbacks, clean cars, answer phones, pick people up, make sure ins rentals are extended, get bs stats, go out on sales, sellup, sell insurance, manage the fleet, grow the fleet, train new employees, collect a/rs, write up dxs, keep branch costs down, maintain the cars and make sure that you have a comparable car to your 1978 chevy nova (and of course I understand that nothing-not even a brand new 05 camry will do!)

3. Employees lie because ..yes they did take the reservation, and no they didnt have a car for you and they probably won't. But if they didnt take that reservation and make sure their fleet is over 93% by 2pm when the count goes out they will be in trouble... and oh yeah the area manager will definitely get those cars for you so "keep booking, and my favorite "BOOK DONT LOOK" (we'll get the cars, its just your job to book- area manager) -F-THAT its our job to take it up the ass from the customer when the car isnt there and the area mgrs and vps are no where in sight

4. Branch managers ARE lying to you..take it up the next level to the person that told them to lie or a promotion would be on the line.

5. Again, nobody has time to deal with the fact that your favorite Canadian radio station didnt come in in that blue corolla and you want your money back after renting for a month. hey i have an idea what you can do with that dialing finger.

6. Of course they dont care. It's a multi billion dollar company. People aren't going to stop getting in accidents and needing cars. Andy Taylor is so rich he wipes his ass w/ $100's, do you think he has time to listen to you or cares.

7. They're safer and more maintained that any preowned or car you've driven. You know what dont drive it then.

8. Half of the customers/bodyshops/ dealerships rip off the branches. Customers damage cars and dont pay. That money comes right out of the employees paychecks. My advice is to be an a-hole and you will get your money back.

9. You're business will be soo missed let me tell you!

Hey, we haven't heard from this crusader in a while. Did you bring ERAC down? Told you there was no chance. I hate ERAC personally, but this guy MUST have been high to think that anyone would have listened to a crack pot like this.

What kind of a fucking company is ERAC? I thought it was a good one (after all, your commercials are pretty nice). I was feeling down the other day so I called the local Enterprise office so they could pick me up. They wanted to come get me but I said, "No, I'm just feeling a little blue and need need to be picked up". The response from this very pleasant sounding young lady was, "But sir, we only pick you up if you rent a car from us". I replied, "Well I rented from you last month but came into the rental office myself - so you owe me a pick-up". "But sir it doesn't work that way", she said, "We pick you up physically, not emotionally". I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I take things in a literal sense and it seemed perfectly logical to me that this nice person on the other end of the phone would get my spirits back up (you know, the customer who is always "right"). "Look", I replied, "your ads say to 'Pick Enterprise, We'll Pick You Up' and I rented from you so now I need that pick up. So if you have to come get me to pick me up, than so-be-it!" The bitch hung up on me. Damn, and she sounded cute too. Oh well, guess she picked me up after all. Thanks Enterprise!
