This is why ERAC is loosing its customer retention. It is one thing to say you will pay a higher price with out a reservation; it is different to gouge your customer and expect them to be completely satisfied and likely to return. Way to go moron, you are part of the reason why Enterprise is failing. Jack would have never done that shit!

I like the enthusiasm. You can't really blame this guy. He is doing exactly what anyone in the same situation would do. If you want to be successful at ERAC you need to distinguish yourself. Sometimes that means crossing the boundries of both company and personal ethics. I am sure this person understands what is taking place may not be the best business decision, however, it is the game that needs to be played. Eventually, this person will leave ERAC and the same story will go on with a new overzealous employee.

i used to care about the gouge, but without any incentive for me other than my phoney ARM trying to give me a high five(what a rich company) i then decided that giving the cus the best deal possible is the best way to have great ESQI and return business..but yes...i agree with the guy with the solid comeback....its a whole rental game...learn it.... exploit it, and quit with your knowledge

I quit Erac many montha ago and am damn glad for it. All I was trying to say is there is just too damn much bitching going on, especially over a stupid rental car company. I know it's been said before, but for Christ's sake, it's rental cars! People get worked up over the stupidest things. The fact that someone creates a website about it is even worse. Let's just make it easy on everyone and create a website called FAILINGAMERICA.COM, then put sub-headings for every company, person, animal, whatever we want and everyone can just have a nice little bitch-fest right there. As for me, I'm going golfing and then I'll go home and finger myself while watching "Good Eats". Fuck American Idol.

hmm I was with you again until golfing and fingering. I'm thinking knitting a tea-towel for the tears on this site would be an efficient use of your time.
