You definitely shouldn't be in retail. __________________ "Don't worry about what anybody else is going to do. The best way to predict the future is to invent it." -- Alan Kay |

I would say that it is definitely not a hatred of customers. If it was, someone would have surely been killed by now and I have never heard of any Erac employees taking it to that extreme. |

I think the culture at Enterprise is warped because of the whole low-balling/rug merchant/upselling business. Since Enterprise employees often are pulling scams on their customers, I suspect they tend to invite similar behavior back from their customers. But if someone leaves a camera in the trunk and you see this as an opportunity to mock them and bash them, then you're definitely not the right kind of person to be working in retail. __________________ "Don't worry about what anybody else is going to do. The customer came on here and posted assigning blame to Erac and calling them thieves. How is that going to help him get the camera back? Here is a suggestion to help the customer: Call the branch and ask them if the car is currently on rent. If it is, ask them to please put a note on the contract to check the trunk of the car when it returns. Also, ask them if they can call the current renter and have them check the trunk. Be nice about it and they will hopefully help you out. If the car is not on rent, ask them to please thoroughly check the trunk for the camera. Again, be nice and you will likely get a good result. If neither of these turn up the camera, then ask to speak with the manager and discuss this further, but be polite. The minute you turn hostile or threatening in any way, you will lose your chance. Be a nice and kind human. Then, have a good night. |

Great, great point. But alas, we all know ????? does not understand logic (or exponential growth for that matter). |

Ya know, this is at least the 2nd time I've seen you say that you've worked in retail, and true to your ego, you've proclaimed that you were successful at it. However, everytime a customer comes on this site and cries foul, you run to defend them with very little details offered. There are so many unknowns in this story of the missing camera that no one can make an accurate ascertation of who is at fault. I've seen a similar situation actually involving a missing camera left in a car, and guess what, the customer actually left the camera elsewhere and automatically blamed enterprise. Customers aren't always right. And if you worked for a significant time in retail, success or not, you would know this. Perhaps that is another thing you are full of shit on? Admin, you remind me of Bobby Bouche's mom in The Waterboy. "That Enterprise is the devil!!" What a laugh you provide. |

Hey Admin, have you talked with that lawyer in Group 57? Maybe you two can team up and get the camera back. This guy needs to stop wasting time telling the story on this site and more time asking questions at the branch. |
