Default Contact numbers

Hello there

This is my first time... am having a horrific experience or 3 with ERAC (sort of rhymes with car wreck but not quite if you know what I mean, I think).

Anyway I read in some post here that one thing this company is ok at is if you escalate your complaint above branch manager level, up and up and up until you get to HQ in St Louis if need be, they do actually do stuff. My question is how do I find these contact details for these levels above branch level? The branch I am concerned with right now is on the east side of Portland, Oregon (Group 46 I think). So going above them.. how/where do i look for those contact details.

Any help would be appreciated a lot of course. Many thanks in advance.

tell the branch you want the regional office #. if they ask you why, tell them it is none of their fuckin business. once you speak to the regional office for that branch, tell them you want the phone number to st louis. call st louis and ask for jack or andy taylors executive assistant. from there spill your guts to them. and dont for get to mention this site.

But whats really funny is that those regional or national people don't really do a thing. They just come back onto the branch and tell them to take care of it. Just step up and talk to the branch manager, if they are decent then they'll take care of you.

Don Ross's phone number is on here somewhere, you should go that route. He will definately get your problem fixed.

Maybe the reason they aren't helping you is because you are one of the countless customers that demand ridiculous things. They are not a public service here folks, this is a business.....

Just curious to know exactly what your situation is in the matter and then we can help you in getting touch with the proper contact. I have encountered many complaints that if I ever allowed to reach a regional office or St. Louis would just as stated earlier get directed back to branch level.

the complaints do get redirected back to the region and then ultimately the branch, but when corporate calls they tell the region to take care of the problem, so the problem does get taken care of.
