Default Bring Back the $9.99 Weekend Special

Enterprise should bring back the $9.99 weekend special for us budget-minded consumers.

They still offer weekend rentals where compact cars run about $13.99/day (give or take) with unlimmited miles and you do not think that is budget minded??? It's actually a much better deal since the $9.99 rental only came with 100 miles a day. And $4 more a day is really nothing (and believe me I am a cash conscience penny pincher myself). $9.99 is one of those "catch phrases" people just here and think they are getting an awesome deal but I guarantee branches had a higher weekend rate before the "half off weekend special."

You can not get a 1/4 tank a gas for 9.99--let alone a car. You cheap ass people are the same fucking ones that complain about a rio or neon when you get what you fucking reserved.

Dont you worry--we will get you one way or another!

When I worked there I do EVERYTHING I could to get that POS metro for those 9.99 customers. They'd come in all pissed off...hey this car sucks...I got a Grand-am last week...AAA to bad...I hated customers..

If they are still sitting reasonably tight, then there is no financial reason for ERAC to do this. They already sell out of cars every weekend. Why have even more pissed off people waiting at the counter to give you even less money?

Amen! Very good point. The 9.99 will never happen again. And i believe it will only be a matter of time before the whole money order/cash will go away.

Our whole group sat at over 90% last week...and there is no way I would give anyone a car for 10 bucks. My location has over 210 cars, and it was a rough week. Net Rez was shut down for days....and when people didnt want to pay what we asked....then they dont need a car that bad.
I dont know what every one elses rates are at home city branches are but ours is 41 for a compact car....and if you dont wanna pay that....then you can walk.
