So, since we are a regular retail store in america, just like all the others, why do our customers think we like to stay at our office for no goddamn reason? "We close at 6" means we close at 6, not when its convenient for your dumb ass.


This post brought back terrible memories of haggling with customers..."What can you do for me...I rent here all the time" Normally means they rent a car everytime there car is in the shop...1-2 times a year.

I also hated teh customer that came in as we were closing around 6:05, knocked on the door, watched me unlock the door(proving we were clearly closed) and says, "oh good I just made it". The only thing you made...was my already long day longer.

guys just start high and go to the normal price. customers always loved me when i did htis. guys learn how to deal with people. renting cars is easy

I use to work at an office that was very close to about 5 huge high tech companies that employed lots of Indian people as contract workers, and was within walking distance of the apartment complex where they all lived. I HATED having to deal with these frogging people. I had one guy who I swear was their group's ring leader. He would come into the office and oversee about 3-5 of his buddies rental transactions. He would also try to bargin with us, and then bitch when we put them into Aveo (they also reserved ECARS on line) At one everyone in our office had an argument with this guy, an when he see a new person he'd pounce on them as soon as he saw them! We finally had to put this guy on the DNR list and told him was never allowed in our office again.

I posted something on this earlier. Why do they expect a free upgrade and haggle you on EVERYTHING? They come in hours late and expect a free upgrade bc they missed their reservation. Fuck that....and I told this group "I find it extremely disrespectful that you try to come in after we are closed." WHY WHY WHY do customers expect you to bend over backwards for them??

I has an asian lady come in for her net rez and had NO WAY of paying for the rental car. I asked for her DL, CC and she said she had cancelled it last week, so I asked for her Debit card....nope not one either. She tried her Victoria Secret card....nope no visa logo, then a library card. WHAT THE FUCK DO THEY DO OVERSEAS? Do they give cars away in asia?

Come on!! These two idiots on the same day!

Most of the time they are being inconvenienced by renting from ERAC. So these vermin figure that they will get even by making everyone in the process from insurance-bodyshop-rental car miserable too.

BC you are wrong. Most of international people rent on a retail basis.
They in no way shape or form inconvienced by anyone......but their own stupidity.

Default Your ESQI means nothing!

Sometime you get the one customer who you cannot satisfy. They don't like the car, the rate, the branch location, the hours, the 3 day weekend special, the insurance. When you get a customer who you are processing through who gives you a hard time just tell them to go away. Always qualify your customers in a way that will reflect their response at a later date. I always tell irate customers who are complaining that if they don't like the service or the car or anything about their experience to take their business elsewhere. This always results in a customer who then tries to accomidate...and take the cdw and upsell with a sick smile.

Well, unfortunately you putrid excuses for working members of society are too ignorant to realize that your company prides itself on customer service. If your worthless ass forgets to ask for THE essiential part of the first step in driving the car...THE KEYS...then the jokes on you, lotboy. Oh, one more thing. Nobody cares that you stand behind a desk for more than eight hours. Anybody with the brain of a goose would know that is not a great start to a supposed "career path". So while you are pointing your preverbial finger at the customers, just remember that you are the one working there with a shitty attitude.
