All you wonderful customers please read!!!

Ok, I work for ERAC and I hate it more than anybody....but all these complaints are from customers that damaged a car (don't complain about damage you get charged for...you DID initial the contract saying you walked around the car before you took it...your bad!!!), dropped the car off and took the keys and was charged for the extra time (why in the fuck are you taking keys to a rental car after dropping it off anyway???) not getting items back that YOU leave in the car (like ERAC employees need to track you crap that you loose and call back to ask about it 3 days later) or not getting a car when your train or bus arrives after ERAC closes.......I guess employees arriving at 730am and leaving at 6pm isn't enough time for morons to pick up a GD rental car. Name 1 business that sticks around a hour after they close to wait for a customer that was suppost to come in 30mins before they closed....NO ONE...so why would you expect a company that has a 10 hour work day (not to mention 3 1/2 hours on Saturdays) to........next time one of you miserable people want to rent a car and come in with a shitty attiude, just know that behind the fake smile, the ERAC employee renting you the car wants you to crash the car so they don't have to deal with you returning the car. I HATE people that want free shit and want you to open early and stay late. Do you get a free super size at McDonald's just because you bought food there before??? I didn't think so. So why the f would I give you a premium car for the standard care rate just because you rented twice in the last 10 years???

I hate F'ing foreign people that think my office is the damn bargaining marketplace in India. We are not HAGGLING over the price of your car! This is f'ing AMERICA. Pay the sticker price or go to hell. Does the grocery store haggle with you over the price of a can of soup?? Does Macy's haggle with you over the price of a sweater?? NOOOOOOOO

Does the mall open early for you?? Does Applebee's stay open an hour late and dick around until you get there?? Does the movie theater run a movie one more time @ 1130 pm just because you couldnt get there for the 1030?? HELL MF'in NO! So, since we are a regular retail store in america, just like all the others, why do our customers think we like to stay at our office for no goddamn reason? "We close at 6" means we close at 6, not when its convenient for your dumb ass.
