Default Ever got an ESQI call?

I did once. I was working in Admin about 4 hours away from my hometown. There were a couple of weekends that I rented from the admin branch.

Those were the exact calls. I always gave them a completely satisfied.

The calling company didn't even filter out that I was an employee rental (it was stated on my contract)

Anyone else have a similar story?

I rented three different cars from Enterprise over a period of about three weeks. And each time, about two days after returning the car, I got an ESQI call.

The only 2 questions they asked were along the lines of: 1. How satisfied were you with your rental experience? and 2. How likely are you to rent from Enterprise again.

The only answers to the questions were: 1. Very satisfied. 2. Somewhat satisfied. 3. Somewhat unsatisfied. 4. Very unsatisfied.

The first 2 times I said that I was "somewhat satisfied" to both questions. They never asked why only somewaht satisfied and I guess they don't care. (All of the cars were kind of dirty.) There was a minor mixup with the return of the 3rd car, and I had to leave a message on their horrible voice mail system. Someone called me back on Monday and I thought everything was straighted out.

Then I received the third ESQI call. (I have caller I.D. and it was the same phone number as the two previous times they called.) The caller asked to speak to "Mr. Gay." I asked, who was calling, Mr. Biggot, perhaps? Anyway, I refused to answer their survey and I don't think I'll be renting from Enterprise again.

Mr Gay is a legitimate name. Why do you assume they were making an anti homosexual remark. A know a guy with the last name gay, and when I worked in loss control I remember at least one guy with that last name. I think you're being over sensitive.

I smell fish. The calls come from a centralized location with a number of dirrerent trunks giving different phone numbers on caller ID. This guy is trying to say that 3 different timesout of over 100 lines the line selected was the same. Bullshit. And if that is bullshit how much else is. Last I heard the top level was not very satisfied but completely satisfied. That is the option that was given to me on my ESQi call
