What is funny is if that survey said anything other the Enterprise was the best it would be posted permanently on the front of this web-site. Since it says ERAC is the best admin pays no attention. Just like ESQi means nothing until it went down a few points then admin is all over it.

Depends on what you're after. Hertz does a better job marketing and servicing the airports. ERAC does a better job at replacement rentals.

according to the JD power survey Enterprise does everything better or at least equal to Hertz.
