I am just replying to the poor customer service that this customer says Enterprise continuely provide. His opinions are just that, his opinions of Enterprise service. The JD Power Award again shows the type of service "in general" the public recieves from this company
I see your point. But why would the said site owner send out postcards to branches, if that was the only purpose of this site?

Because he realized there would be no site if he didn't have upset employee posts. This website is totally off what it was intended to do in the first place.

Yes ERAC is a hard place to work. You work your ass off, get paid shit your first year, you must kiss every customers ass, and your constantly understaff. ERAC being a company that does not care about their customer service it is not.

I guess my point is if this site is geared toward ERAC employees, state that. Do not hold up this front about how ERAC does not care about its customer and how we need to read a book about "Customer Service for Dumbies"
To be honest ERAC service is the best in the industry the JD Power award shows that year after year.

I think the site is an all-purpose site. Just a theory.
