I fail to see a correlation between the rental process and how you treat your employees. But I'm sure we are all ears...

Congratulations, you are good at offering cheap cars at the airport.

What about the replacement budiness that makes up 80% of your revenues?

ERAC is great at replacement. Noone even tries to compete with them.

That great. The point was the JD Power is for airport business which is a very small part of erac's overall portfolio.

As for not competing...
Hertz has recently gained traction at State Farm where erac is no longer on site in 7 regions.
Avis Budget is also growing off airport with almost 2000 locations.

Maybe in some areas, but in my old group, if you want a replacement vehicle, ERAC is the only option. I think ERAC has that nitch sewn up.

This website was founded to be a CUSTOMER SERVICE WEB SITE. Not a employee/ex employee bitch fest. Please refer to why this website was created.

http://www.failingenterprise.com/ent...r_reason_1.htm

It does not mention ONCE about creating the site to let EMPLOYEES/EX Employees express their feeling toward the job.

I am just replying to the poor customer service that this customer says Enterprise continuely provide. His opinions are just that, his opinions of Enterprise service. The JD Power Award again shows the type of service "in general" the public recieves from this company

Wouldn't that be "ERAC has that NICHE sewn up."? Dumb ass! You're just as bad as the other members that you condescend to.
