WE CLOSE AT 6

Just reminding you great Customers that we do close at 6 and Open at 7:30 not 7:00 and we love how some of you start banging on the door at 6:30 pm. Will a McDonalds that closes at 12 serve you a cheeseburger at 12:01? I think not

im so tired of closing the gate at 6 and we look totally closed and yet someone will come at like 6:30, open the gate up themselves and just bring the car in.

makes me want to say "Get the fuck out! , that gate was closed!"

but my branch manager will usually take the return since hes afraid for his ESQI


but i really REALLY love it when a customer pull in at 5:50 and then demands a ride back to the further corner of our area, at that point i laugh out loud, ESQI or not

i usually tell them "i hope you have someone to pick you up because for security we are not allowed to be driving after sunset. i work in a crack infested area"

That's almost as bad at the customer who shows up at 3:30 for his 12:00 reservation (after we called him, mind you)....then gets pissed that we gave away his car. I did once ask a customer if he thought his doctor would see him at 3:30 for a 12:00 appointment. (That was during my last week there).

I hated that too. I would ask people, if your flight is at noon and you arrive at 4, do you think they hold the plane?

The day after thanksgiving when we closed at 3 instead of 5:30 a customer had a 3:00 rez for a minivan. We called her to confirm that she would still need the van cuz we had to gain it from another branch and we reminded her that we close at 3 then she blew up at me saying that she thought she had til 5:30 to pick up the car. When she came in she was like, "now you can't honestly tell me that customers don't come in at 4:30 for their 3:00 reservations." I explained to her that most customers usually come in within 15 minutes of their reservation if not we consider it a no show. She yelled at me some more and I said, "if you have 7:00 reservations at a restaurant, will they still seat you at 8:30?"

fuck that cunt i hate dealing with people like that all the time i get to the branch and half an hr early to prepare for the day and people want to come early then when its six pm they call and want me to wait, i tell them we close at six and i have plans i'm not waitng.

I used to wave at them and then leave out the back door.

Sometimes they followed me around to the back and started yelling.

At that point, I just ran past them and hopped in my car and drove away.

We would put a sign on our door saying that you had to be in the office at 5pm if you needed a ride due to the fact we close at 6pm.

i just heard about this site from a someone and it is hilarious. i had some good times at erac and met some cool people who are still friends but i had to go before i went completely nuts! anyone i saw this post and it reminded me of the time i was an am and my lazy bm always left at 4. well since me and the 1 mt and 2 car preps didn't give a rats ass either, we would lock up and shut the lights off and relax. i bet to this day he can't understand why his esqi was always below corp avg hence the reason he was asked to leave or get fired! ha ha! this is great! keep up the good posts!
