Why can Iriswalt violate the TOU??

In the thread about a customer getting his credit card overcharged, it is obvious that the poster Iriswalt made a false claim about being a customer. Why was this never addressed? Because I would imagine that it happens a lot. Not the ERAC doesn't have issues with customer service.....

But really, if this site is to be taken seriously, shit like this cannot be allowed to occur. Not that a website can make a company consider changing anyhow. But, it would make ????? look more consistent in his TOU and his bull shit and bluster storms about having an inlfuence more reasonable.

Here's something that ????? consistently refuses to discuss. Iriswalt, like many others have probably done, has posted uncountable times under Unregistered.

????? knows this; there's proof on his site that Iriswalt did this. Yet it was never, ever address. Why? Oh! Because it wasn't something that worked against ?????.

If a poster, say Jeahho, pulled something like this . . . and ESPECIALLY if there was evidence in the thread, ????? would be all over him about being dishonest on his message board. Shit, Jeahho might even be banned for good due to the impersonation.

So ????? . . . are you willing to speak about your inconsistencies? Iriswalt violated your TOU. Impersonations are not allowed. That goes for registered members trying to disguise themselves as unsatisfied renters, too.

Also know you're too inept to bring about change within Enterprise. You're attempt here proves that. Get back to us when you've created a serious forum.
