| I reserved a car in Stillwater for Dec 30, 2006 to Jan 2 2007. At 10 a.m., I called for a pick-up and a girl answered the phone that she couldn't pick me up since my car is not ready. My reservation was on the default time: Noon. At 11 a.m. I called again, and nobody pick up until pass noon. I have to drive to the Enterprise Rent a Car location at Fenton Auto Mobil, and guess what? Nobody there. When I called the customer servise, they just wondered why I made the reservation at Noon, since the office is closed at Noon. I tell the girl, her name is Sue, that I already called since 10 a.m. and they told me if I still need the car, I could come back when the office open on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2007. Nice try! They wonder why I can't rent the car next Tuesday, but in a hurry to rent it today. All the idiots that works at Enterprise think that since their business was so important, you have to follow the way they rent the car, and you can always able to change your appointment anyway. |

That was really an unfair way to be treated, perhaps you should call and ask to speak with a manager at that location. Cheers! -Angela |

| If you have not already, call to speak with the manager and then ask for the number to their administrative office and ask to speak with the area manager and the RVP. I promise you will receive something for free and someone will get an ass chewing. |

| I would definately call and voice your displeasure, but the fact is that nothing will change. They may toss you a discount or a free WES but that will only benefit ERAC, not you because you will still have to put up with the hassle of renting from them again. Yes, someone may get their ass chewed out but not too bad and nothing will really come of it. The lesson here: Screw ERAC. I worked for them for almost 4 years and I even would get screwed when I went to rent a car. I don't use them, never will. Alamo is much cheaper, never had a problem, always get an upgrade and the transaction always takes 5 minutes and I am gone. |
