I met him when I worked at Erac. I asked him about the long hours that we worked and if he thought that was the reason their retention was so low. He responded. like our saying goes "we work hard and reward hard work" I then replied but everyone leaves after 6 months to a year or so. He then just looked at me like he knew his bullshit didnt fly, and I was like whatever I quit the next week because I got a better job for more money and less hours. I used to work in St. Louis and that whole family has no idea what it is to work in a real branch.

I will have to disagree with this thread. When I was with ERAC I met and had conversations with Andy 2 or 3 times and he was very down to earth and appreciative of the hard work you put in. That doesn't change the fact that ERAC sucks to work for (that's why I eventually left) but he is certainly not a dick.

And if he spent 50 hours a week in his office you'd complain that he just sits in his office all day. Whaa whaa whaa. Don't cry so much about little things. It messes up your makeup.

I bet his wife complains about "little things".

lmao! seriously though, pretty rude to be saying this things as shady as erac is, he seems like a decent guy, albiet an billionaireh

More like, Andy Taylor=Member of the lucky sperm club. If his daddy hadn't started the company, Andy would be just another anonymous slob living in some suburb of St. Louis. There is nothing spectacular about this man.
