Default Class Action Lawsuit

I am in the process of contacting attorneys in the Baltimore Maryland area about filing a well deserved class action lawsuit against the Enterprise Rental Car outfit. Being an X, and I do stress X employee of Enterprise, I know all their games. The company feeds off taking advantage of people in their most down of times. Their employees are exploited as well, getting far fetched promises from uppermanagement of how they will be recieving promotions when they never really existed in the first place. When people get hired at Enterprise they are never told the real chances of promotion, they are just told in this amount of time you will have this job (Any employee will tell you that is bull). This class action lawsuit will encompass all ranges of Enterprises business practices, from their hiring, to their bait and switch techniques, fradulent authorizations to customers credit cards, intentional misrepresentations to customers. However, the biggest part of this lawsuit will encompass their checking in and checking out of cars. Too often people have been screwed over by this companies inability to properly find a means of fairly documenting damages to cars. I don't think putting a dot on a scetch of a car that is a couple inches in length a fair means of documenting how the car looked when it left. Please keep a look out for anyone who lives in the MD area. I will be contacting attorneys shortley and discussing the possiblities a lawsuit of this nature has.

Try to find an attorney that will also add 'kicking dogs' and 'teasing children' to the list of 100 things you think you can sue for. Good luck with that one.

Agreed. There are a lot of misconceptions about what you can sue for on this board. I take that back, what you can successfully sue for, you are more than welcome to sue for anything in our legal system but there are criteria as far as winning said lawsuit. Basically, you have to be able to prove some type of injury that was the result of some deliberate action or negligence. A company being dishonest, low paying, creating a cult-like environment, only promoting good cultural fits, doing things that could have resulted in injury but didn't are all good reason to dislike the company but none are actions that can result in a successful lawsuit. I'll give a good personal example: When I was in college I was coming home from working at the supermarket over thanksgiving break. I was struck by an 18 wheeler on the interstate, totalled my car, I was lucky to be alive. The driver was cited for a violation by the police, I left the scene without injury. I was compensated fully for the totalled car and that was it. Is there a lawsuit here? No, even though the driver was negligent and it could have cost me my life I was fortunate to leave without injury and therefore was legally entitled only to compensation for the damaged vehicle. If enterprise systematically changes timesheets and you can prove it, you've got yourself a class action suit. If they systematically discriminate against a customer group and you can prove it, you've got a class action lawsuit. If they rent a vehicle that is not roadworthy and someone gets hurt or killed, you have a lawsuit. If they're just a shitty company that you don't want ot work for or do business with, you don't have a lawsuit.

I would like to say yes ERAC needs to be sued. First of all Erac has funny business practices. They qualf. who they want and how they want. If your you are willing to purchase CDW and PAI you can get into a rental with a NET SPEND card anytime. I dont know how many times I have heard AM'S and BM's tell customers they have to have insurance to rent a car. AND thats not true if your using a ccard you dont have to purchase jack!! They should be sued because of the fact the only peope who get promoted are the ones who are willing to sleep with their Managers and I am sorry theres no one at ERAC that i would like to sleep with
