Default never had a bad experience with Enterprise

Hi, I lived in Boulder CO until a year ago, and always rented from the Enterprise office out on Arapahoe Ave. I have always had nothing but good things to say about their service, and I always received the car that I reserved, and it was always there, and ready when I arrived to pick it up. And it almost always had a full tank of gas. If it didn't, I was always told, under those few circumstances, to just refill it to the approximate level that I received it. I never had any of the problems mentioned by others.

Thanks.

Thanks for the comments!

It may seem that many or most of the comments on this Discussion Board are from employees or customers who are unhappy with Enterprise, but we appreciate a good, healthy discussion from all perspectives.

I'm glad you've had such good success with Enterprise. I wish things would go so well for all their customers.

This is a perfect example of how a well managed branch can make or break someones perception of the company as a whole. I am just sorry to see so few people come here and share positive experiences.

That is the nature of the modern day customer though. Many times if people get everything they expect from a company, it is just that, expected.

I also applaud the admin for showing some support to a conflicting viewpoint.

Default "JeanHo" is a fraud

Hey "JeanHo",

How come these other posters coming on here are not only posting along side you but all seem to be pushing the same Pro-ERAC message? It's funny, after a lull in these I love Enterprise messages, they all come on here at once.

You still haven't told us about that "new" job of yours either.

I believe wholeheartedly it is possible to sway those that are 'on the fence' with a reasonable argument. Maybe I am making some sense and people are less scared to be vocal.

That may be a big headed way to look at it, but while we are throwing out guesses as to why people are posting I may as well give myself some guessed on credit.
