I am about to book a rental car from Japan, where I live, for a three-weeks vacation in the U.S.

Fortunate for me, people are willing and able to share their experience, so I feel better equipped to choose the company I give my business to. Thank you.

How do I know that this is authentic and not just made up? Unless you've worked there, how could you comment on any of this? It sounds to me as if this is just pure speculation and opinion. How do I know you do not work at Budget or Avis and are just trying to get my business in this very sad and ridiculous manner? I cannot believe that anyone would base their own opinion on something clearly made by someone who has no life and can waste their time creating something like this. I feel sorry for this small business owner, obviously his company is not doing too well.
