Those "history" lessons are a real bummer. I mean we get everything but the real reason for Christmas and Easter. What about the Christians? I would bet that 75% of the ERAC people are Christians. But NOooo we get hubub about Kwaaaaannnza, and Ramadan, and Halloween. You know, ERAC does promote white people alot more than blacks. esp. the males. Ever had a position just "filled" openly with who the upper management wants without opening it up to the other employees? Oh yeah they promote from within.....within the "cool white" circle. There's even a branch manager in my group that has never passed the MQI exam or sold above a 30 combined average. HA but will anyone be a wistleblower?......nope.
