| Hi Everyone, On thursday i was denied service in Enterprise Rent-A-Car because they says the per-day rate they quoted will not be honored bcoz someone in their team did the mistake and now they will charge me alomst double and i have the confirmation number and all the details. I refused to pay extra bcoz my confirmation had less per-day rate and they simply said "Go somewhere else"...I need your suggestion and help because just due to not getting the car on that day i faced so many problems Kindly Help and Advice because i tried all possible things. 1) contacted support online 2) Called Cust relationship officer for our region(no response after leaving so many vm's) Thanks in advance Best Regards |

| I'm sorry and I would never defend Enterprise but I don't think you can sue someone for refusing to sell you something. It is bad business and unethical but the fundamentals are that even if you did receive a confirmation this does not constitute an enforceable contract, and as such it was simply an offer they revoked before you could accept (by paying) if they had taken money on the website this would be a different matter (which is why they don't) You Americans really need to stop suing at the drop of a hat (although we're getting that way to be fair) Nice try though |
