Default Quit...

I understand ERACS business model , it is to hire at low wages and hire fresh out of college young men and women with the promise that hard work is rewarded with promotion. This is what we as Americans are noted for, the sweat of our labor has made us into the most productive nation in the history of the world. So why am I writing this post? I believe that ERAC is hiding behind this business model which has made our nation great, to exploit men and women. Ive seen these fresh faces with the enthusiasm and the "Im the next Donald Trump" mentality. And its sad to see that they dont realize that they are being taken over the coals.........ERAC will never change the policy of low pay, would you? If you had your own business and were fed applicant after applicant wanting to work at your company and those applicants were grads eager to be hired you have mastered corporate amerca lesson one.......access to skilled labor market. This in turn gives ERAC the ultimate flexibility, lets just use these numbers for example: 100 hired 10 acutally stay for 10 yrs......(they wont actually tell you the retention rate) the 10 that actually stay have worked exuberant amounts of hours average 55 per week. and the level of advancement has given them a salary of around 45k to 60k

cont..........dong the math it equates to somewhere between ten to twelve dollars an hour. If your a fisherman and you have access to the whole supply of lures and bait from your local sporting good store and the store brought the above mentioned to the lake where you were fishing all you have to do is sit there and see which bait the fish like your bound to be a succesful fisherman, something has to work... This is the ERAC way..... their miniscule investment in you roughly 30k a yr 9$ per hour calclulated to time worked, is peanuts to the corp........most stay 6 months to a year and the next group comes in, the tunover and retention is not a problem..... they recoup that easily. The attractive sales pitch used to "HOOK" you makes one belive that everyone hired becomes sucessful, but truth being said not everyone is going to be a bm, ARM, RVP, so the cycle continues of in and out employees which is exactly what they want......They want you to believe that you just couldnt fit in, couldnt hack it, dont belive it.
