Are there a lot of jobs worse than ERAC? Yes. So why does ERAC get so much hatred? Becuase it tries to claim what it is not.

It claims to be this grandiose business that turns out corporate hotshots (MTs) by the truckload and has them all making 6 figures in six years and being welcomed by all as conquerors of their industry.

In reality, it's a crappy retail job (yes it is you sell to end-user consumers and you have posted hous on your doors), where your trested like shit from customers to management -- it's a churn and burn meat grinder.

Listen, I have lots of problems with ERAC, and I don't think they will succeed without major changes. They pay shit to new MT's, hire crappy people, have turnover issues and not to mention the problems in the car business in general.....but

I made $100K+ in my third year. The problem is I got promoted and made $90K my fourth, got promoted again to ARM and made $80K. All this "sometimes you have to step back to move ahead" is bullshit. You can make $100K but as soon as you do they cut you down. If you are successful and make them a ton of money, why do they cut your pay. AWFUL BUSINESS MODEL!

i thought WTF???? they tout this as a high potential white collar job, but im out washing cars in my $500 suit (not too expensive but decent) and my ARM is offering the "special of the day"

go work at McDs or something.... we are just ticket typers not managers...
