How do you sign up for an e-mail address at this domain? Also, can you choose your own name?

Every employee should have a e-mail address already. No one uses it though because they never bothered to explain it to anyone. All the old school people still use the MSO1 system while all the new MT's use the e-mail system (mainly to talk shit about their jobs).
