If people were as upset as some of the posters would like you to believe, you wouldn't have the energy level you do at Orlando. It is certainly something to behold, and most managers come back feeling refreshed and energized to take on the challenges at the branch. The job isn't easy, and a yearly trip to Orlando gives a manager a much-needed push to keep moving forward. You can hate on a lot of things, but Orlando isn't one of them. Keep it real. Please. |
The non seminar part of Orlando was fun. More booze, tits, and BS than I could handle. But that warm and fuzzy feeling I would get from Andy and Don's rah-rah speech and slide show would disappear after about a week when you realize the same bullshit will always await you when you come home.
