YOU WORK WAY MORE HOURS THAN ENTERPRISE BECAUSE THEY ARE OPEN ON SUNDAYS. ALMOST EVERY BRANCH IS SHORT STAFFED WHILE I SEE THE ENTERPRISES NEARBY FULLY STAFFED. ALL THE HERTZ EMPLOYEES ARE BURNED OUT. UPER MANAGEMENT NEVER PRAISE US FOR GOOD WORD BUT YELLS AT US WHEN WE DO BAD. SOME BRANCH MANAGER ARE STUPID AT HERTZ. THEY DON'T KNOW NOTHING ABOUT ADMIN. THEY ALWAYS CALL OTHER BRANCHES AND ASK OTHER PEOPLE FOR HELP. SOME GOT PROMOTED BECAUSE OF JUST THEIR SALES SKILLS. AT HERTZ, THERE IS NO GRILL OR OTHER TESTS YOU TAKE TO MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING. HERTZ IS SO CHEAP TO GIVE MONEY TO THEIR PRESENT OR POTENTIAL ACCOUNTS , THAT'S WHY THEY ALWAYS GO TO ENTERPRISE BECAUSE ENTERPRISE IS NOT CHEAP. hERTZ HIRES ANYBODY FOR AN MT. THEIR INTERVIEW PROCESS IS NOT AS STRICT AS ENTERPRISE. THERE ARE SME CITY MANAGERS THAT DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO DO A RENTAL. HERTZ DO NOT PROMOTE FROM WITHIN UNLIKE ENTERPRISE. THEY STEAL PEOPLE FROM OTHER RENTAL CAR COMPANIES. PEOPLE THAT USED TO WORK FOR ENTERPRISE TAH ARE NOW AT HERTZ SAYS THAT ENTERPRISE IS A WAY BETTER COMPANY THAN HERTZ. AT ENTERPRISE, YOU GET MORE DAYS OFF, MORE FLOATERS, BENEFITS ON YOUR FIST DAY OF WORK, WHEREAS HERTZ YOU GET IT AFTER 90DAYS. ALSO, THEY SAY THAT HERTZ IS TOO CHEAP. HERTZ IS UNPREPARED. THEY NEVER WANT TO HIRE PEOPLE SO THEY CAN GET BIGGER BONUASES. AT ENTERPRISE, THE CONTINULY HIRE BECAUSE THEY KNOW PEOPLE QUIT. HERTZ DOESN'T CARE IF BRANCHES ARE UNDERSTAFFED. HERTZ LIE TO YOU AS WELL JUST LIKE ENTERPRISE. YOU DO MAKE COMMISION AT HERTZ, HOWEVER TO GET GOOD COMMISSION YOU NEED TO GET A LOT OF LDW, LIS, P&P AND UPSEELS, AND FUEL. IT RANGES FROM 5% TO TO 10% DEPENDING ON YOUR INDIDVIDUAL SRPD. IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THE COMMISIION YOU NEED A MINIUM OF $10.00. IF YOU HAVE A SRPD OF 9.98 YOU DON'T GET THE COMMISSION EVEN IF YOU SELL A LOT. YOU WILL GET GOOD COMMISION DEPENDING ON THE LOCATION. IF YOU WORK ON THE WESTSIDE YOUR SRPD WILL BE HIGH AND THE COMMISION WILL BE GOOD BECAUSE THEIR IS A LOT OF RETAIL AND FOREIGNERS. IN THE SOUTH BAY THER IS MAJORITY INSURANCE REPLACEMENT IN WHICH YOUR COMMISSION IS GOING TO BE LOW AND UNDER $10 IN WHICH YOU DO NOT QUALIFY. THE STARTING PAY IS 9 TO 10/HR WHICH YOU CAN MAKE THE SAME AT COSTCO. THE TURNOVER IS MUCH WORSE IN WHICH PEOPLE LEAVE AFTER ONE MONTH. THEY HAVE AWARD DINNERS FOUR TIMES A YEAR IN WHICH THEY ORDER THE CHEAPEST ITEM ON THE MENU. IN CONCLUSION, HERTZ IS NOT YOUR SAVIOR AND THEY WILL NOT PUT ENTERPRISE OUT OF BUSINESS. AT THE RATE THEY GOING THE HLE SIDE WILL BE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS BY 2010. OF COURSE, THEY ARE BUILDING NEW LOCATION HOWEVER HOW YOU ARE GOING TO FILL THESE LOCATIONS IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE PEOPLE TO FILL THEM. ALL THEY WILL DO IS TAKE PEOPLE FROM OHER BRANCHES THAT ARE SHORT STAFFED AND MAKE IT WORSE FOR THEM . WHEN YOU ARE SHORTSTAFFED, YOU CAN'T DO MARKETING, CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES DOWN IN WHICH YOU PICK UP CUSTOMERS LATE AND WIND UP LOSING ACCOUNTS TO ENTERPRISE. HERTZ SHOULD JUST STAY WITH THE AIRPORTS. FOR THE CURENT ENTERPRISE EMPLOYEES, STAY AT ENTERPRISE AND DON'T GO TO HERTZ. IF YOU DO YOU WILL MAKE A BIG MISTAKE. THEY WILL PROMOTE YOU VERY FAST BUT YOU WON'T GET ANY HELP BECAUSE THEY ASSUME YOU KNOW EVERYTHING. THE ABM AND BM AT HERTZ HAVE WAY MORE STRESS THAN ENTERPRISE ABM AND BM. |
