selling stuff to inmates

One of the other things the Taylors do is sell stuff to inmates through their Centric operation.

This leads one to wonder: do they ask the three ESQI questions?

Perhaps they are written like this:

1. What are you in for?

2. When do you get out?

3. Would a free pack of smokes make you completely satisfied?

or the 3 esqi questions could be

1. How was our servicing of you?
-It was ok.
2. How could we have serviced you better?
-some lube would be nice
3. Well here is a weekend special bar of soap, make sure you have it with next time we come in, and don't drop it....ever.

I can see it now... delivering donuts to Judges and lobying for long sentences so that the target market is "captive" as long as possible.
