New class action laws

In the new class action reform law just passed by congress, business can no longer offer products (ie free weekend coupons) to comsumers as part of a settlement. This will hurt the old bottom line when all of the class action CDW claims get paid out of "corporate expense". So much for everyone getting paid off of the same bottom line. Wait until they expense out the settlements on a per unit basis and pass it onto the branches.
