Just so you know anyone who actually posted believing that Kemper open and Petey are really GRM's you were snowed. These are 2 people who obviously quit or more likely were fired and are still obsessed with Enterprise. Why would you stop working for a company and then go on the internet and pretend to be your former boss? I have some advise.. you left to get a life.. .so get one.

petey and kemper are the same person and hes not a grm. its someone tring to stir crap up. i dont use caps my spelling sucks and im a fat guy, but im still a member of mensa. size spelling and dress do not define a person. btw EVERY large company has a site simaler to this one. every company pisses people off. when it gets to be to much....quit!! move on and get over it...a site like this only draws out the feelings. its not heathy. every company is in bussiness to do one thing...make money. you name one bussiness that is in bussiness to lose money. trust me, enterprise isnt perfect. then again who is?

Yes, But, at what cost have you achieved your "success" ???? You can NOT tell me that you have a spouse much less a family. Because if you do, you "acquired" them after achieving GRM and being able to leave at 4:30 daily.
You mention Bill Gates, but he didn't get married until recent years.. after his fame; and to his secretary no less.

ERAC does not allow anything to compete with the "big green" In fact, it is the perfect color for the company.. the color of jealousy. "E" does not want to compete for your loyalty with spouses, children, family, friends, etc. It pays a great deal of lip service, but nothing more.
ERAC is NOT the place to work if you "have a life" or expect to achieve one. That is why fresh out of college kids are such easy prey, they are in transition and don't have a life per se.
There is more to life than the big "green" whether that means ERAC or money.

Former is completely correct - I had a trainee who had planned an anniversary meal with his girlfriend and booked a table at a restaurant etc.

He'd had to book a few months in advance as it was quite popular and wanted to make it a special night after speding most nights working late delivering cars.

Unfortunately a couple of weeks before the City Manager called a city meeting about 60 miles away.

When I told the AM that the MT couldn't come he went spazmo and insisted I make him come. I flatly refused and explained that this kid had worked late every night for almost 3 weeks solid and we had a bit of a barney(I'd already had a job offer anyway).

Lo and behold the next day the Area Manager was back and had a "quiet word" with the MT.

I caught the MT later just about to cancel his table. I told him if he cancelled he wasn't to come back in again.

I took particular pleasure in telling the AM that he wasn't coming to the meeting.
