Drug Testing

I have an interview with Enterprise & I am curious if anyone can tell me how/when their drug testing is done?

Also, how long after your first interview were you offically hired?

When I was hired back in 1996, I cant remember if I took a drug test or not. Chances are I did not. But when I got promoted to Level 2, I had to take a urine test.

After my first interview, I was called a few days later to start work.

They can test you at any time if they think there is a circumstance to merit it. However, promotions to L2 and beyond can and will merit a "wiz quiz". Some states do not allow drug testing from what I understand. What state are you in?

every manager either does drugs or is thinking about doing drugs because the job is so bad that you have to smoke/snort on the weekends to get by.... my regional manager carried a bong in his car. They will give you plenty of warning before any drug tests.

Take it from a former smoker, Enterprise is NOT a chill work environment and you will not be working with mellow, easy-going people. If someone above you develops a dislike for you (like you don't kiss their ass enough at work) and suspects you smoke pot, they will find a way to test you without prior warning. They can test their employees at any time. This method is used to either scare people into quitting right then and there or after positive test results.

The ERAC drug tests dont work, its done by a HR person (in the UK) and is a mouth swab with is negated by eating or drinking prior to the test, I know I did it.

Smoke and sniff all you want , not of the ERACers I know do to get through the week and forget Monday is approaching.
