Default Auditing tickets

The assistant or the branch manager usually audit the tickets and can see whose name is on there. Plus, the stats screen doesn't lie. My advice, stop doing that or you will start getting stuck with ALL the sh1t deals.

Default what an idiot

Don't people understand there is no foolproof way to cheat. Like JeahHo said, all you have to do is hit F5 under callbacks and it will show the employee # of the person who wrote the contract, not the # to whom you completed the ticket to. Gosh, maybe the Big E sucks so bad because its employees are such idiots...........

Yea. Not such a good idea. Even though your numbers are printed out on the contract, the other person's numbers will appear in the callback, and unit history. Honestly, they watch you closer than you realize. Not only that, they scan every contract. That's why they are sent off to admin...so they can be stored. They catch things like that. In my neck of the woods we are having HUGE problems with GM deals. We are obligated to give GM products, with GM negotiated rates to any GM service deals. If we do not give a GM, we will not get paid at all. The vin number of the car has to appear on the contract so it can be verified as a GM car/truck. People have been caught giving non GM products to these customers, changing vin numbers, and billing it out as if the person were in a GM car. People from all over the region were called in and questioned by our controller and RGM. They had to sign statements and everything. Then again, the company looks for trends. If you do something one time and are questioned, be honest, it was a mistake. If you do something over and over again, they know.

There are ways to cheat but it depends how vigilant ure manager is.

I caught someone renting cars over a weekend cash in hand on handwritten tickets which weren't opened in RALPH.

He thought he could get away with it by opening up early on Monday before his friend returned the car.
