they have to give you a disciplinary.

If they coerce you out refuse to go. The fact you have aired your views is neither here nor there. If they force you out it is constructive dismissal.

NO...let me explain.I am from the UK.I got the job in Nebraska and worked there for 10 months....Then TJ was a cockend so I left...I am now at U624 back in England...I hope that clears it up!

Default Hiring and Firing at will

Well actually when you are employed, you sign a document that entitles the big E to hire and fire you "at will" with no reason. But, you can also quit without giving your two weeks notice at will. So they can pretty much do what they want...

really? what form is this? i'm new to this site and i'll post my story later, but this at will @#%$ is interesting since they pressure you so much to "verbally commit your two years."
