Default Random credit check by ERAC on employees

Anyone ever have this done? I saw an inquiry made about a year and a half into my illustrious career at Enterprise, noticed it about two years after I left. I talked to a lawyer, but he said they probably snuck some type of "clause" in the mountain of paperwork we signed on day 1.

I guess the logic flows like this... the credit check will tell if an individual has handled thier own personal financial affairs well. If not, then why would you want to put an individual in a position to be in charge of ERAC's (or any) company's operations and assets?

Default credit check

We declined to let someone go to training class, after we found out that they actually had criminal charges from not honoring thousands of dollars of checks they wrote. We found it in the credit check, but it wasn't anywhere else because he had paid retribution. I would never want that person alone with my cash box.

I will tell you they run your drivers record on your anniversary. Boy has that jammed up some people.

Default Credit Check

I am pretty sure this is a Group Specific thing... The GM can state what the parameters for hire are... along with things like Bachelors degree or not etc.
