Day in the life of an ERAC employee.

Hear hear on the word of mouth. I was crushed when i was asked to leave, but when I saw how many other ERAC employees out there were upset this site really made it all better. I will be letting as many people I know aware of this site. At some point Andy has to listen and make some changes. I have many friends left at the company and I want them to have it better then I did.

Get out now...why wait. Erac does not want you because you are not good enough. Face it. Leave. Be done with us. Let's see where you end up.

I'd say the best way to get ERAC's attention is to continue not giving two sh*ts about your branch and letting those numbers slide. That'll get their attention quickly! Rent XFARs for $9 a day, take cars for their LOFR's when they should be taken (regardless of whether they are needed right away and you're expected to "roll it") half-ass or don't clean cars at all, don't lie about service lights, tell the truth, aim for 24% occupancy...as you can see, many of those I listed (LOFRs, telling the truth) are things you really should be doing but ERAC tells you not to. Of course I suggest even going a bit further- everyone likes finding an old bananna peel in the glovebox =)

Then of course, come back and tell us all about it.

They are micromangers under the new VP Schteve. I was reprimanded for not answering the phone correctly with the slurred incoherent 10 sentence long greeting. You are angry now and I don't want to discourage you from posting here, but we all have posted what you posted. It is the same for all of us here. It does get better and you will be shocked how much your adrenaline level will go down on that last day as you say goodbye forever. It is a sh!tty company and it doesn't seem to be getting better.
