The Internet may be a public domain, but this is a private discussion board. I created it, I own it, I pay for it and I can be selective in whom I wish to have participate. While I have only very rarely exercised that right, I do reserve it. If you don't like it, create you're own board.

The first amendment only says the government can't shut you up. You can run your mouth all you want, but it doesn't mean we have to put up with it here.

As for other posters like myself, using foul language, yeah we do. But we generally use it in coherent sentences. When a sentence is 6 words long, and three of the words are swear words, are you really surprised that you get labeled as an oaf that contributes nothing?
Also, I see that you could not locate your dictionary and look up the words funny and witty, as it is clearly evident in your return post. Keep telling me to go back under the desk, maybe after the 7th or 8th time you use that wonder of a comeback, it will be funny? But probably not. Keep finding the backdoors onto this site, as it looks like you're on admin's sh1t list, cause' caveman makes me laugh..

My son died the same way. I was out for a while and there was no negative aspects of coming back but I was disapointed that no message was sent out to let people know what happened. When i came back, people were asking ,Where you been? I also got many messages thinking we had the baby and I was out with the new baby. Very insensative.

how on gods green earth can you still work for a company that treats you this way. they won man, you really are brainwashed. i was too. worked for 2 years in rental and made assistant mgr. couldn't deal with being treated like @#%$ by the customers, horrible hours, always the potential for good pay but never seemed to get it, and management never having your back when it counted. @#%$ them and too bad for you that you can't see the situation that your in.

First, I know this is a little late but I am sorry for your loss.
Your issue is not the first tiem ERAC has seen this type of thing. A guy in my region went through this as well and they gave him the same lines as you. It's ok to grieve as long as you don't take too long--this is ERAC's perspective. Also another person's family member died in Iraq. According to the laws in my state you can take up to 3 months leave (non paid) and still have your job. Well after 4 weeks HR, RVP and ARM was on his backside about coming back. They claim that they are a family friendly company. We were forced to go to my psycho ex boss's grandmother's funeral....hello since when were funerals mandatory? Especially when you didn't know the person??? This was during the workday and I had to go with our RVP (my boss's boss). The only reason I went, (none of us 3 wanted to go) was because if we didn't we knew there would be "reprocussions". It was a very HOSTILE WORK ENVIORNMENT. I tried to sue but you either have to be sexually harrassed or physically harrased for it to hold up.

I am so glad I am gone.
