DD JUST DOESNT GET IT!!!

I know that there is going to be a massive fallout in the next few months people are going to be quitting this region in numbers. I know for a fact. There is no more lies that people will believe. Flip- we are still waiting for the UNBELIEVABLE numbers that you have been talking about since 2 summers ago. OP- just does not exist anymore in this region. Staffing- need anyone say more. Leaders- NONE. $$$- Oh my 45K BM's and 60K ARMS --- there is incentive to get to these spots. Hours- come on 7am-7pm and saturday and sunday hours thats appealing let me tell you..

I agree with you 100%. In my region I know many MT's, MA's, and assistants ready to jump off the imaginary ERAC bandwagon.

I know in my area we have a retintion of 30% and I know 4 people about ready to quit as soon as they get accepted for another job !!!

I hope you are right. When I left, there was supposed to be the same "mass exodus" but it didn't happen. Mike D. came in there promising the world and a lot of people bought it.
