i work at a distant branch, nearest br in gp is 4 hours away no joke.
so i work in a real spread out area...customers come from all over to our dealership to buy their cars.
so a cs, who lives an hour away from my br/dealership, has a car that breaks down at her house (replacement dearlership deal) calls up extremely pissed, wants another car delivered immediately.
with only myself and a prep in the office, no fuggin way am i closing the br for one twat who bitched about a $20 dep
so i offered to pick her up immediatly but she refused, had to had it delivered.
sorry no can do, thought that was the end of it.
but a few hours later i get a furious call from the service manager followed by a call from the owner of the dealership. all of course ripping me and my business, saying we suck and they need us in the winter and of course the competitor card. keeping in mind i'm only a mt with a low threshold for abuse, i was biting my tounge...needless to say, the cs's car, completed that day, was dropped off at my shop at closing time, to be hand delivered by myself and a co-worked @ 630 am the next morning to this cs that had to have the car for work at a po-dunk grocery store lol
the kicker is that the dealership originally sold us the car, with under 10k miles at the time of breakdown lol
only business this is possible, sell a product then bitch at the person who bought it for it breaking down
fucking clowns i bide my time
