....I only have a few more weeks until my new job starts, and then I can "at will" tell ERAC to go to hell!! I am so elated at the thought of this that I might try to bring my DW sales above the 18% mark before I leave....on second thought, I think my sales are perfect where they are at...

In all seriousness I think you should just treat them they way they treat you. The last thing I would do is bust my butt to get even better numbers after what they put us through.

But in all seriousness, I can't wait until it's all over. To actually have a life again, to actually be able to sleep in past 630am and get home before 630pm, to actually smile again, to actually be able to trust management again, to be able to not have to lie every day, to no have to think about my college degree while vaccuming a 2002 Saturn SL2 with potential cum stains...

why do you put up with it if you don't like ERAC? just quit, there something holding you to your job and i doubt its the money because i rather be happy than to get pay a lot of money. your just probably one of those 4-5years MA / MT can't get a promotion because you know your @#%$ but your personality sucks and you come on here to vent how bad ERAC sucks but its you.

First off, I would never work for this company for that long, second, if you read my previous post you would know I do have another job and I am waiting until it starts to drop ERAC, which is in the begining of next month...
