I am a new Assistant Manager and I am concerned about my pay.
Are you able to tell me what is your base pay and what percent you make.
It has been brought the attention of our Admin office and they are doing the "research." However, I know you guys will be a bit more honest.

In our region our MA's make more than our Assistant Managers.

I earn £21k Basic and am on 7.5% of my branch. I will prob earn between 30+40K this year.

Depending on the month and whether or not you OP, then yeah, you will make more as an MA, because AM/BM are paid off a 44 hr week, and the average week for us in C9 is 49 hours...so you're losing 5 hours per week avg. Of course, you are paid slightly more per hour, but the more you work, the less per hour you're paid...so if you're not oping and making commission, yeah...it sucks

I get about 710 every other week and then a commission check of about 800 once a month. I am at 2.2% which sucks

You mean you were not concerned about your pay when you started????

Good for you. I know I was once I broke down the hourly rate I almost lost it.
