| I work at a busy ass Airport branch in a major metropolitan area, and this Sunday the dumb ass corporate IT team did "routine maintenance" DURING BUSINESS HOURS on the Ralph system leaving us without it for nearly 11 hours! We had to sit there and hand write contracts. Making customers wait much longer. When I asked "why the hell would our corporate HQ do this?" the response I got was "Most of the branches are closed on Sunday" WELL I GUESS IT DOESN"T MEAN A DAMN THING THAT "MOST" ARE CLOSED, because the point is, that Airport locations ARE open on Sunday! More evidence of how little ERAC cares. Then when ESQI drops, they then will wanna hold that over OUR heads, when they fucked us over! TheCircle |

| Hey jackass.. Stop your moaning. A message was sent to your GM/OPS early in the week. It was required maintainence that had to be done. late saturday night/sunday morning is the only available time the system can be down. better than being down during the week when 5000+ branches are open... |

| We they sure ass hell didn't notify us! the fact that the old ass 1980's out of date Ralph program HAD to be done is not the point. The point is that we were not notified, and there is Saturday after airports close, to early morning on Sunday. The point is that is was poorly planned, and with complete disregard to us and our customers. |
