the turnover was ridiculous and almost all of management was totally clueless. the area managers were so cocky and arrogant they made me sick and i think everyone in the whole area had a severe drinking problem. a bunch of drunken frat boys and sorority brats.

You should be proud of yourself for not stuping to that level. To be fair, since I bashed the skanks, I'd like to just point out how most of the MA or higher guys ARE a bunch of arrogant douchebags. They think they're so cool for misleading people and selling phony ass insurance based on percentages rather than sheer numbers.

I've had to remind many of them that they still aren't getting paid shit. That usually shut 'em up, or they'll give that bullshit "dream" about they're gonna be making "millions" in this carrot-dangling shithole.

College degrees are more about the experience, your social skills, the relationships you build during those 4 years, the basics of your major and sticking to that goal for 4 yrs! I am also in the process of completing my MBA and that is the real ticket these days. Everthin gis waaaaay more competitive. Gotta step ya game up. I laugh at the Virtual MBA they advertise. Yea, put that on your resume and see what jobs you get!!!! hahahahah
